"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that don't work."
– Thomas Edison
We are shaping our students around entrepreneurship. Work has changed, and no matter what career kids ultimately pursue, they're going to have to constantly adapt and innovate in order to succeed - just like entrepreneurs. Let's educate them that way.
Does your child have what it takes to be an entrepreneur?
We think so. We believe that there is no such thing as a bad idea - just bad execution. Your child could be the next Elon Musk - they just need the know how and support of mentors that are passionate about purpose in product!
Our one day workshop:
TInkerTank: IDEAS LAB
To be a good innovator or problem solver, you must also be a maker. Once you think of the idea, you must also be able to design and build it. Then when it all goes wrong, redesign and rebuild it again.
Innovation is all about communication. In the Information Age where the pace of change is so fast; listening, collaborating, diversity and inclusion are crucial for communicating big ideas.
We will encourage students to explore what it means to innovate through game-based activities and problem solving challenges, teaching them skills that will help prepare them to live and work successfully in the 21st century.
During this 1-day hands-on workshop students will use real world problems as inspiration for their creative solutions, designing, tinkering and building their ideas using everyday objects and materials.
Experimentation, imagination and curiosity are the focus of the IDEAS LAB workshop. We will focus on the process to learn the basics--drawing up a rough business plan, figuring out their costs, setting goals, etc.
We will spark their entrepreneurial fire!
